Behind the Counter provides behind-the-scenes operational and commercial support to independent cafés and bars.

We work with owner-led businesses that are established, capable, and under pressure — where the day-to-day demands of running the business leave little space to step back and think clearly.

We work calmly and selectively, focusing on clarity rather than volume, and on reducing pressure rather than introducing unnecessary complexity.
